Certifications: Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (National Strength & Conditioning Association), TRX Suspension Training Certification, TRX Group Certification (Fitness Anywhere, Inc)
Additional Qualifications: Strength & Conditioning Graduate, Assistant & Interim Wellness Coordinator for Recreational Sports at University of Florida, First Strength & Conditioning Coach for Goodwill Series International Baseball, internship in Cardiac Rehab, involved with Stroke and Multiple Sclerosis research at University of Florida

Chris Dudziak, Personal Fitness Trainer (Elite)

Education: B.S. Kinesiology Exercise and Fitness Studies
Certifications: NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer; American Red Cross CPR
Specialties: High intensity training. Weight loss while gaining lean muscle mass. Working with people who have had hip replacements, spinal injuries, torn ligaments in the knee, trouble reaching over their head without pain. Improving the strength, balance and responsiveness of the nervous system of young and aging clients. Biomechanicaly correct exercising which helps avoid unnecessary injuries. Sport Specific Training.
Accomplishments/Interests: Reading books about the human body and how it applies to training, especially the different elements that create fluid pain free movement. Learning new individual sports Snowboarding, Tennis, Golf, now that playing teams sports have become less common.
